Our I.T. Experts
Our TechDesk consultants with over 35 years’ experience running IT based business will meet with you on an on-going bases to ensure your digital capacity is able to meet your needs and future challenges.
The boards role is to set the strategic direction of TechDesk, monitor the delivery of services, uphold its values and ensure compliance with its governing constitution. Our board is made up of professional IT Technicians, business people and those with years of experience working within the voluntary sector.

Danny O’Rawe
Director
As well as the Director of TechDesk Danny has over fifteen years’ experience in the IT support industry and has worked in number of director and support roles for a range of major companies in the IT sector including one of TechDesks most important partners N.I Technology Ltd which pools the knowledge of several specialists in the I.T arena
He has built up and sold an IT support business and now to devotes much of his time acting as director of TechDesk.

Conor Christie
Director
Conor has worked in the IT sector for over a decade gaining a huge range of experience that he is now bringing to TechDesk. Conor has worked in a number of roles including as a technician in a local IT repair shop, as in-house IT support for The Bar Library and as an IT systems administrator.
Conor currently splits his time as an IT technican in the private sector and as TechDesk primary remote support technician.

Ann Marie O’Rawe
Director
Ann Marie has worked in the education sector as an educator and has been involved in a number of community, voluntary and youth projects at a local level.
Ann Marie brings her experience working in the local community to Techdesk and ensures that the needs of our partners and clients are at the forefront.

Gerard (Gerry) McConville
Director
Gerry runs the Falls Community Council on the Falls Road in West Belfast and works on a range of issues ranging from inner-community work to cross-community relations.
Previously Gerry was the director of Community Restorative Justice Ireland which was founded in 1998 to build a tolerant, responsive and inclusive community by providing restorative services to local areas.
In 2021 Gerry was also appointed by Minister Deirdre Hargey’s expert panel to review the Discretionary Support (DS) scheme – which provides financial support to individuals in crisis situations.
