Do you need onsite support or repairs?
In rare cases, not all problems can be fixed remotely. If this is the case then one of our expert TechDesk technicians or one of our approved partners from the IT sector will schedule a callout to your premises to resolve your issue on site or (in even rarer cases) bring your device to the workshop for further repair.

TechDesk aims to deliver as many of our on-site services for cost price however there can be exceptions to this.
What devices can you repair?
We can repair all brands of personal computers & laptops as well as a range of printers, scanners and IT peripherals
What happens if you can’t repair my device on site?
If we can’t resolve your IT problems on site, we’ll bring your device into our workshop and work to find a solution to your problems there.
